TERMS & CONDITIONS

Registrations: All registrations must be paid in full by the date of the workshop/event. Receipt of a deposit does not imply reservation of a seat, only payment-in-full does. Walk-in registrations will be accepted only as space allows and must pay at the door if space is available.

Presentation Expectation: Due to the nature of photography, our workshops require flexibility and must allow for alternatives. For this reason, any advertisement, outline or syllabus must be taken as an indication of what may take place during the workshop, but not as a contractual obligation on the part of Sandy Puc' Tours.

Pricing and Discounts: We reserve the right to change of the prices, services or other particulars of the workshop before and up to the date of the event. All discounts must be applied at the time of purchase. Special offers made by Sandy Puc' Tours after your purchase will not be applied after the fact.

Cancellation by Purchaser: Registration cancellations made more than 91 days prior to the event may qualify for a full refund of any amounts paid, less a processing fee of $15.00. Cancellations 90 to 61 days prior to the event may qualify for a full refund of any amounts paid, less a processing fee of $50.00. Cancellations made less than 60 but more than 31 business days prior to the event may qualify for a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for any cancellations made 30 or less business days of the event date. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing, and can be sent to tour@sandypuc.com. All refunds will be issued by check only within 60 business days of cancellation.

Change or Cancellation by Sandy Puc' Tours:  Sandy Puc' Tours reserves the right to cancel any workshop or appearance. Should an alteration or cancellation become necessary for any reason including, but not limited to, underbooking or force majeure as defined below, you will have the choice of accepting the change, applying your payment to an alternative workshop (and if it is a lesser amount we will refund the difference), or accepting of refund of all monies paid to Sandy Puc' Tours for the changed/cancelled event. Sandy Puc' Tours is not party to any flight bookings you make yourself and has received no payment for the same, and will not refund the cost of your flight in the event the workshop is changed or cancelled. 

Under-booking is the situation in which the minimum number of bookings required to run a workshop is not met, and if the tour must be cancelled for this reason we will not do so less than 10 days prior to departure. Force majeure is unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of Sandy Puc' Tours such as war or the threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood or adverse weather.

If the workshop is cancelled due to Sandy Puc' being unable to attend due to illness or other circumstances beyond her control another workshop leader may be appointed. If this is not possible, the workshop will be cancelled and the cancellation provisions will be in effect. 

Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to give your registration to another member of your organization or a friend. Be sure your guest shows YOUR confirmation at the check-in table, otherwise they may be required to purchase a ticket if no proof of transfer is available.

Special Needs: If you have any special needs, you must inform us of these prior to the morning of the event. We will make every effort to accommodate your requirements, but we cannot guarantee that such requests will be met and will have no liability to you if such requests are not met.

On Site: Sandy Puc' Tours does not enter into contracts with hotels to provide discounted rooms, validated parking or food services for workshops. Each participant is responsible for meeting these needs for themselves.

Claims: Sandy Puc' Tours does accept responsibility for acts and/or omissions of its employees ONLY during the performance of their duties during a workshop. Sandy Puc' Tours does not accept liability of responsibility for death, bodily injury or illness caused to any clients booking a workshop with Sandy Puc' Tours, unless arising from the negligent act and/or omission of the company's employees during the performance of their duties during a workshop. Any claim shall be subject to the law in respect of any question of liability. 

Sandy Puc' Tours does not accept liability for any loss or additional expense caused by the delay or interruption to travel services through weather conditions, civil disturbance, industrial action, strikes, wars, acts of terrorism, floods or sickness. Such losses or additional expenses are the responsibility of the passenger. It is the recommendation of Sandy Puc' Tours that the passenger/client purchase appropriate insurances and services to cover the loss, expenses and damages arising from, including but not limited to, the cancellation of the workshop (whether in part or in whole), personal accident and injury, medical, loss of baggage, personal money and/or belongings and flight cancellations and delays.

The client must communicate any perceived failure in the performance of this workshop immediately to the tour manager, giving them the opportunity to achieve a satisfactory resolution. Should this not be possible, you must make your complaint known to us in writing within 28 days of the completion of the workshop. Release: By attending a workshop or event, I hereby give my permission for images taken of myself to be used to promote Sandy Puc' Tours workshops or to be for any Media for any purpose (except pornographic, defamatory, libellous or otherwise unlawful) which may include, among others, promotion, marketing and package for any product or service.

Legacy Orders: Legacy orders can take anywhere from 12-16 to complete due to artistic detail and approval process, while Legacy videos can take up to 16 weeks. Orders placed after July 15th may take longer due to seasonal increase in orders.

Please Note: Attendees are welcome to bring their camera to the event, but are asked not to make any video or audio recording of the show. Attendees are asked not to take photographs while Sandy is photographing, or in such a manner that you obstruct the view and access of others.
